Issue Description : Users are unable to see video when users join meetings through Android with Chrome version 115 within Microsoft Teams

Final Update : 21/08/2023 11:14:00 AM – Microsoft have successfully rerouted Virtual appointments to Teams clients on Android devices where Chrome version 115 is installed, and confirmed via monitoring telemetry that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and users joining meetings with Android Chrome version 115 users are impacted.

Root cause : A recent update to Chrome has inadvertently caused impact to meeting videos within Microsoft Teams.
