Issue Description : Users may be unable to share Teams channels with multiple groups of users at once.

More info : Impact is limited to users who are utilizing the early access program.

As an alternate method, users are able to manually add one user at a time to affected channels.

Final Update : 26/07/2023 08:25:00 AM – Microsoft have completed the process to repair the existing Microsoft Teams channels that were affected, and they’ve verified with affected users that this action has successfully resolved the problem in full.

Scope of impact : This issue affects any user who is utilizing the early access program.

Root cause : A recent change contained a feature flag update that had been previously disabled, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing how the feature flag update that had been previously disabled was re-enabled and how they can prevent it from being re-introduced into service prematurely to avoid similar situations moving forward.
