Final Update : 06/07/2023 15:24:00 PM – Microsoft have determined that a specific section of infrastructure, responsible for regulating image loading functionality within the Microsoft Teams service, was operating below acceptable performance thresholds due to a significant increase in user traffic. They have rerouted user traffic to alternate healthy infrastructure to provide relief, and have confirmed following a monitoring period that impact has been remediated.
