Issue Description : Users may be unable to join Microsoft Teams live events.

More info : The problem may have occurred in all Microsoft Teams connection methods.

Final Update : 26/07/2023 17:44:00 PM – Microsoft determined that a specific subset of infrastructure leveraged in the process of joining Microsoft Teams live events was operating in a suboptimal state, resulting in the impact. They have removed the affected subset of infrastructure from service rotation so that it no longer processes traffic, which effectively routed the impacted traffic through healthy infrastructure. They subsequently confirmed from service telemetry that this issue is no longer occurring.
