Issue Status : RESOLVED

Issue Description : Admins’ mail flow status reports aren’t reflecting updated data since June 27, 2023.

More info : The mail flow status was accessed through one of the following methods depending on your organization”s subscription:

1) Through Microsoft Defender for Office 365 at https://security.microsoft.com/emailandcollabreport
2) Through the Exchange admin center (EAC)

Final Update : 07/07/2023 09:28:00 AM – Microsoft have completed the process of backfilling the status reports, and they’ve confirmed with previously affected users and monitoring that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact : Any admin attempting to view mail flow status reports may have been affected.

Root cause : A recent deployment contained a faulty script, leading to impact.

Next steps : To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing their deployment procedures to catch faulty scripts before release.
