Final Update : 11/07/2023 08:50:00 AM – The fix deployment has completed, and after a period of monitoring, Microsoft have confirmed impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact : This event may impact any admins who attempt to change some properties for Exchange Online users.

Root cause : A code regression was introduced in a recent standard service update that was intended to improve general service performance.

Next steps : To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing their deployment process to catch regressions before being released.
