Issue Description : Users are experiencing failures loading user information from Power Fx commands within Canvas Power Apps.

Final Update : 27/06/2023 08:47:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed through extended monitoring that impact is resolved, and users can now load user information from Power Fx commands within Canvas Power Apps as expected.

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to load user information from Power Fx commands are impacted.

Root cause : A misconfiguration within an upstream dependency service responsible for Power Fx functionality is causing impact to occur.

Next steps : Microsoft are investigating how the impacting misconfiguration was initially introduced so they can prevent similar future problems from occurring.
