Issue Description : Users may be unable to navigate through the call queue and auto attendant menus within Microsoft Teams.
More info : Admins may also be unable to add or modify call queues and auto attendants via PowerShell or the Microsoft Teams admin center.
Final Update : 16/06/2023 09:26:00 AM – Microsoft completed the reverting actions within their test environments and confirmed this has remediated this issue. They have since extended the reverting actions to all impacted infrastructure and validated mitigation via service telemetry and internal testing.
Scope of impact : Any admin or user interacting with call queues and auto attendants may be impacted by this event.
