Issue Status : RESOLVED

Issue Description : Users may be unable to search for or download the Wiki app in Microsoft Teams.

More information : Impact occurs on all Microsoft Teams clients.

Final Update : 21/06/2023 15:42:00 PM – Microsoft have finished deploying the code change and confirmed through internal testing that the Wiki app impact is remediated.

Scope of impact : Any user who is trying to search for or download the Wiki app in Microsoft Teams on any client may be impacted

Root cause : A configuration change to deprecate the Wiki app in Microsoft Teams for the majority
of environments was incorrectly applied beyond its intended scope, which prevented users
outside of the intended configuration change scope from searching for or downloading the Wiki
app.

Next steps : To prevent similar issues in the future, Microsoft determining how to limit configuration changes to their intended deployment scope.
