Issue Description : Users see incorrect data for Microsoft Teams device and Microsoft 365 app usage reports.

More info : Microsoft Teams device and Microsoft 365 app usage reports dated from Friday, June 16th, 2023 may be incorrect, and the data grids may only display partial data.

Final Update : 26/06/2023 08:55:00 AM – Microsoft implemented a fix to correct the data and monitored the backfilling of the past data to validate that the affected reports were synced.

Scope of impact : Any user viewing Microsoft Teams device and Microsoft 365 app usage reports served through the affected infrastructure may be impacted.

Root cause : A new feature update introduced a code issue that’s preventing users from seeing the correct data for Microsoft Teams device and Microsoft 365 app usage reports.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their feature update procedures to help find ways to identify similar coding issues prior to their implementation in the future.
