Final Update : 20/06/2023 18:42:00 PM – Microsoft confirmed through monitoring telemetry that the service has remained healthy and impact has not reoccurred.
Scope of impact : Any user in Europe attempting to access Microsoft 365 services through Zscaler may be impacted.
Root cause : Microsoft are continuing to collaborate with Zscaler to identify and validate the root cause.
Next steps : Microsoft are collaborating with Zscaler to determine the underlying root cause and prevent similar issues from occurring again.
