Issue Description : Admins are unable to perform archive-only mailbox offboarding from Exchange Online to their on-premises environment

More info : Admins are encouraged to reschedule any planned offboarding activities for archive-only mailboxes until after June 26, 2023.

Final Update : 03/07/2023 08:42:00 AM – Microsoft have corrected the code regression affecting archive-only offboarding of mailboxes from Exchange Online to on-premises environments. Their fix has propagated to all previously affected environments and admins may proceed with archive-only mailbox offboarding operations without issue.

Scope of impact : This issue is specific to admins attempting to perform archive-only mailbox offboarding from Exchange Online to their on-premises environment.

Root cause : A recent update to our migration management systems introduced a code regression, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their change management processes to better understand how this issue made it through out testing cycles and caused impact.
