Issue Description : We have identified an issue where new user accounts are being created in the NHSmail Portal but are not being synchronised with Azure Active Directory. Newly created accounts in the NHSmail Portal may show as in a state of “MigrationPending”.
Final Update : 30/06/2023 01:45:00 AM – NHSmail Engineers implemented a fix to resolve the issue and all newly created accounts are synchronising as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve this issue.
