Issue Status : RESOLVED

Issue Description : Users may encounter delays or problems loading SharePoint Online sites.

Final Update : 18/04/2023 17:40:00 PM – By design, Microsoft’s automated recovery features detected and repaired this problem and their monitoring systems have reported that service has been restored.

Scope of impact : A very limited number of customers and users appeared to have been impacted. For most customers, it’s unlikely that many users would have reported impact related to this event.
