Issue Description : Some users may have been unable to utilize create, read, update, or delete operations in Microsoft Power Automate.
More Information : Users may have also experienced intermittent impact in the following scenarios but not limited to:
- Creating or listing approvals
- Environment Lifecycle Operations
- Activating a flow on solution import
Final Update : 13/04/2023 17:30:00 PM – Microsoft have determined that high resource utilization on a section of infrastructure, responsible for supporting flow operations, caused a subsection of service infrastructure, which facilitates the Microsoft Power Automate service, to fall below acceptable performance thresholds, resulting in impact. They’ve restarted the impacted section of service infrastructure, and confirmed via telemetry that flow operation functionality has been restored.

Root cause : High resource utilization on a section of infrastructure, responsible for supporting flow operations, caused a subsection of service infrastructure, which facilitates the Microsoft Power Automate service, to fall below acceptable performance thresholds.
