Final Update : 03/04/2023 10:47:00 AM – During the diagnostic review, Microsoft identified that the SQL connectivity issue had stopped. They are no longer tracking errors and have confirmed via service diagnostics that user access has been restored.

Root cause : SQL connectivity issues impacted users” ability to access your environment.
