Issue Description : The NHSmail team are aware of some users being unable to access Shared Mailboxes from OWA and Outlook. Some users may not have the “open another mailbox” option.
Current Update : 19/04/2023 17:00:00 PM – After a period of monitoring and confirmations from end users who raised tickets, this issue has been remediated with Microsoft stating that the root cause was “A section of infrastructure, responsible for facilitating web app navigation, was unexpectedly performing below acceptable performance thresholds.” Further information can be found here (Microsoft 365 for the web – Some users may be intermittently unable to view or access Microsoft 365 apps in Office.com).
