Issue Description : Users are unable to use the Join a Teams call on a second device feature within Microsoft Teams.

Final Update : 09/03/2023 13:54:00 PM – Microsoft have successfully deployed our code fix to the affected infrastructure and confirmed after a period of monitoring that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact : Impact was specific to any user who was served through the affected infrastructure attempting to utilize the ”Join a Teams call on a second device” feature in Microsoft Teams.

Root cause : A code regression within a recent service update was preventing users from using the ”Join a Teams call on a second device” feature within Microsoft Teams.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing our standard service update procedures to understand why this issue occurred and prevent similar impact from reoccurring in the future.
