Final Update : 30/03/2023 17:50:00 PM – Following Microsoft’s additional investigation into the recent service update, they confirmed that it wasn’t associated with this event but rather a code issue with memory caching was producing duplicate cache entries and delaying the creation or editing of flows within Microsoft Power Automate. After correcting the code issue and restarting a subset of service infrastructure, they’ve verified that impact has been remediated.
Root cause : A recent service update intended to enhance service functionality has inadvertently introduced error causing users to encounter delays creating or editing flows in Microsoft Power Automate.
Next steps : Microsoft are further analyzing the memory cache code issue so we can isolate the source of the code problem and to help identify similar issues before they are able to produce impact.
