Final Update : 03/03/2023 15:57:00 PM – Microsoft have configuration changes to the affected storage components, and after monitoring service diagnostics, they have confirmed that flow runtime and management operation functionality has been restored.

Root cause : A spike in incoming traffic caused components of a backend storage service to become unable to process incoming requests.

Next steps : Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
