Issue Description : Some users may be unable to record Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and one-to-one calls in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update : 28/02/2023 07:51:00 PM – Microsoft have successfully developed and deployed a fix to address the recording feature code regression. In addition, they’ve confirmed through internal testing that impact is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause : A recent update intended to improve the recording service feature contains a coding issue.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to identify regressions better in their testing cycles to prevent similar impact from happening again.
