Issue Description : Users’ Microsoft Power Automate flows and Power Apps that used the Mail connector weren’t sending email notifications.

More info : The email messages affected by this issue were queued for sending.

Scope of impact : Your organization was affected by this event, and this issue may have affected users” Microsoft Power Automate flows and Microsoft Power Apps that sent email notification using the Mail connector.

Final Update : 14/02/2023 07:40:00 AM – The configuration for the Mail connector was updated and Microsoft have confirmed internally that the email notifications were sending as expected.

Root Cause : A configuration update issue with a Mail connector was preventing email notifications from sending.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing the responsible Mail connector to better understand what triggered the initial impact which will help them avoid similar situations in the future.
