Issue Description : Users may experience problems connecting to Exchange Online due to network issues.
Final Update : 06/02/2023 09:03:00 AM – While Microsoft were in the process of analyzing service telemetry to isolate the source of the connectivity issue, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the problem is no longer occurring, and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem does not happen again.
Scope of impact : Any user may have been impacted.
