Description: The Accenture NHSmail team are aware of an issue that is preventing users from adding or amending Microsoft Bookings calendars within the NHSmail Portal. Some users may see an error message returned stating “401 – unauthorised”.
Final Update:15/02/2023 15:45:00 PM – Accenture engineers identified an issue with one of the API parameters which was preventing transactions from reaching the backend application. This has now been rectified. Users should clear their web browser cache and cookies before attempting to use the MS Bookings calendar functionality within the NHSmail Portal.
