Issue Description : Some users intermittently are unable to view Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) apps in the My Apps portal.

More Information : Users intermittently were unable to view Azure AD apps in the My Apps portal.

Current Update : 30/01/2023 17:45:00 PM – Microsoft’s analysis of diagnostic data revealed that a portion of caching infrastructure responsible for facilitating users” ability to view Azure AD apps in the My Apps portal began processing requests less efficiently than expected, resulting in impact. To resolve the issue, they restarted the affected infrastructure and confirmed resolution through monitoring service telemetry.

Scope of impact : Your organization was affected by this event, and some users attempting to view apps in the Microsoft My Apps portal were intermittently affected.

Root cause : A portion of caching infrastructure responsible for facilitating users” ability to view Azure AD apps in the My Apps portal began processing requests less efficiently than expected, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are investigating why the portion of caching infrastructure began processing requests inefficiently so they can ensure similar future impact doesn’t reoccur.
