Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We have been made aware of an issue which may potentially impact a small subset of users accessing the NHSmail Portal. This issue began at approximately 10:19 and is being investigated as a priority by our Portal engineers.

Final Update: 05/01/2023 09:00:00 AM – Engineers confirmed that this issue was caused by a broker service which had stopped operating correctly and this has now been restarted resolving the issue. Following a period of monitoring, this incident has been closed.
