Issue Description : BT have reported that between 16:08 and 17:00 their Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) consumers were experiencing issues with their connection.

Scope of impact : Impacted consumers may be unable to perform tasks reliant on an HSCN connection.

Final Update: 19/01/2023 11:00:00 AM – BT returned the site back to the main power supply around midnight and no further issues were experienced following the period of heightened monitoring.
