Issue Description : Some admins may have experienced delays when attempting to perform proactive remediations within the Microsoft Intune service.

Scope of impact : Impact was specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
Final Update : 09/12/2022 08:40:00 AM – Microsoft has determined that a recent scheduled service update, applied to a section of infrastructure responsible for regulating proactive remediations, PowerShell commands and application installations, contained a change which was unexpectedly causing impact. They have deployed a fix to increase request capacity on the affected infrastructure, and subsequently confirmed via service monitoring telemetry that impact has been remediated.
