Issue Description : Users can’t call Microsoft Teams auto attendants via Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) or Skype for Business.

Scope of impact : This issue affected any user attempting to call Microsoft Teams auto attendants via PSTN or Skype for Business.

Final Update : 04/10/2022 08:29:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed that a recently enabled feature intended to optimize call routing pathways for auto attendants was causing call requests to fail, resulting in impact. They have disabled the affecting feature and have confirmed with affected users that impact was successfully resolved.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their update and validation procedures to identify how impact was missed during testing and better prevent similar future impact.
