Issue Description : Windows 365 Cloud PCs can’t be provisioned with the Enterprise 8vCPU/32GB/512GB service plan.
More info : W365 for Business customers are not impacted by this event. Additionally, there is no impact to users accessing already-provisioned Cloud PCs.
Scope of impact : Impact is specific to W365 Enterprise admins attempting to provision Cloud PCs with the impacted Enterprise service plan.
Final Update : 10/10/2022 11:45:00 AM – Microsoft has confirmed confirmed that a recent service update which was part of regularly scheduled maintenance, has inadvertently caused impact
Root cause : A code change that interacts with user license checks introduced an issue that prevents external users without a license from accessing internally hosted Microsoft Teams meeting chats.
