Final Update : 17/10/2022 08:50:00 AM – Following Microsoft’s telemetry review, they identified that an unhealthy node within the SQL cluster was the cause of the issue. They performed a restart of the affected node and, following this, observed that both the node and the SQL cluster returned to a healthy state. They have confirmed via telemetry analysis that your database is no longer impacted, and that environment access has been restored.

Root cause : A node within the SQL cluster entered an unhealthy state, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft is analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
