Issue Description : Users’ messages may have been delayed when sending, creating or receiving posts in Yammer.

Scope of impact : Users may have been unable to load Yammer or sign in to the service.
Final Update : 28/09/2022 14:20:00 PM – Microsoft has made a configuration change to the way their service uses Azure Redis cache. They have confirmed that this has resolved the issue
Root cause : An unexpected increase in user client traffic caused rate limiting, which resulted in impact.
Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing their service telemetry to look at ways to prevent this issue from happening again
