Issue Description : Users may experience intermittent enrollment failures within Intune across all platforms.
More info : Users may also experience 502 error messages when logging into the Web Company Portal for Microsoft Intune.
Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the European region.
Final Update : 23/09/2022 08:10:00 AM – Microsoft traffic and performance optimizations changes are complete, which should prevent an increase in load to this environment from reintroducing this impact. However, their telemetry suggests that the impact subsided at the time they restarted affected nodes in the environment as a mitigation action.
Root cause : An unexpected increase in user traffic is causing the affected environment to perform below acceptable performance levels.
Next steps : Microsoft are continuing to monitor the impacted environment through peak hours to ensure that their optimizations are functioning as expected to prevent this issue from reoccurring.
