Issue Description : Users may be unable to access or create Microsoft Forms when associated with a Microsoft 365 group.

Scope of impact : Any user attempting to access a Microsoft Form associated with a Microsoft 365 group may have been affected.

Final Update : 27/09/2022 08:36:00 AM – Microsoft determined that a recent Microsoft Forms update introduced an issue that prevented membership request checks for Microsoft 365 groups when users attempted to access or create a form associated with a group. They have reverted the offending update to restore access to these forms as expected and internally confirmed resolution.
