Issue Description : Admins may have encountered delays for multiple reports within Microsoft 365 services.

More info : Admins may have seen delays for the following reports:

– Usage reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center

– Modern Groups reports

– Microsoft Teams admin center reports

– Microsoft 365 Application reports

Scope of impact : Admins who are reviewing Microsoft 365 service reports are impacted.

Final Update : 04/10/2022 09:30:00 AM – Microsoft monitored the data requests to confirm that all affected reports were up to date and that the impact was remediated.

Root cause : An unexpected issue within our internal infrastructure that was responsible for data processing and preparing user data, resulted in the various delayed reports.

Next steps : Microsoft are continuing their review of the affected infrastructure to better find ways to facilitate better processing and prevent similar impact in the future.
