Final Update : 22/09/2022 08:45:00 AM – Following Microsoft’s investigation and telemetry review, they identified that a portion of the gateway infrastructure on the impacted node experienced connectivity issues, causing connection failures. Microsoft transferred the impacted application pools to redundant infrastructure and confirmed via telemetry review that environment access has been restored.

Root Cause : A portion of the gateway infrastructure hosting the server node responsible for your environment access experienced connection failures.

Next Steps : Microsoft is analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
