Issue Description : Users were intermittently unable to view gateway connection lists within the Maker Portal and Flow Portal.
More Info : Some admins were also unable to sign into the Connectors and Actionable Email Developer dashboards in Exchange Online.
Scope of impact : Your organization was affected by this event, and some users and admins attempting to view gateway connection lists or login to specific dashboards were impacted.
Final Update : 23/08/2022 09:25:00 AM – Microsoft has successfully completed the deployment of the fix to affected production environments and confirmed after reviewing service telemetry, that impact has been remediated.
Root cause : A code issue was causing a “null” response to be provided while the service was making the User Principal Name (UPN) claim.
Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing their code on the affected infrastructure to help prevent this problem from happening again.
