Issue Description : First time Microsoft Power Automate guest users can’t access the service.

More Info : First time guest Microsoft Power Automate users were seeing the following error message when attempting to access the service:
“This org hasn’t given you a plan with access to PowerAutomate. Please contact the org’s admin to get access.”

Scope of impact : Your organization was impacted by this, and the issue impacts first time guest users attempting to access the Microsoft Power Automate portal.

Final Update : 22/08/2022 08:55:00 AM – Microsoft has completed the deployment of the fix to all affected environments and their telemetry shows that the issue has been remediated.

Root cause : A misconfiguration was introduced within the logic for new guest users following implementation of the new portal experience.

Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing their portal implementation procedures to ensure that misconfigurations are discovered during their testing steps to prevent this issue from happening in the future.
