Issue Status : RESOLVED

Issue Description : Users may have seen delays when launching MAM enabled apps, such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams, on Android devices.

More Info : Affected users may have seen delays of up to ten seconds on the “Managed by your organization” loading screen when opening MAM enabled applications, such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Scope of impact : This issue may have impacted any user launching MAM enabled applications on Android devices.

Final Update : 15/08/2022 15:45:00 PM – Microsoft has confirmed that the deployment has completed to the Google Play Store and all users can download the fix. Users who have automatic updates enabled do not need to take further action and those with automatic updates disabled need to go to the Google Play Store and manually update to remediate impact.

Root cause : A recent Intune Company Portal update introduced a code issue that’s resulting in impact.

Next steps : – Microsoft is reviewing their update and testing procedures so they can capture similar impact scenarios before deployment and prevent impact from reoccurring.
