Description: We are aware of a small number of users who have been unable to use their recently changed NHSmail account password.
Final Update : 11/08/2022 17:15:00 PM – The issue, which was caused by a backlog in data being synchronised with the Microsoft Active Directory, has cleared as of the early hours of this morning. No further instances of this issue have been reported today and all testing by NHSmail engineers have been successful.
Engineers continue to investigate the root cause of the issue seen but this incident will be closed since no further incidents have been raised by end users throughout the day.
