Issue Description : Users and admins may be unable to access the Microsoft Intune service or see limited functionality.
Scope of impact : This issue could potentially affect any of your users or admins if they are routed through the affected infrastructure.
Final Update : 21/07/2022 09:45:00 AM – Microsoft’s confirmed after a period of monitoring that the impact has been remediated.
Root cause : A recent deployment contained a broken connection to an internal storage service, which is causing an issue in which users may be unable to access or use various Microsoft 365 apps or functions.
Next steps : To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing the underlying cause of the connection issue.
