Issue Description : Users may be unable to access Microsoft Forms

More info : Integrated services which may be affected include:

– Poll features in Microsoft Teams

– Forms tab in Microsoft Teams

– Quizzes in Assignments

Scope of impact : Any users routed through affected infrastructure may be impacted.

Final Update : 21/07/2022 11:04:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that re-routing traffic has remediated impact.

Root cause : A co-dependent service had been interrupted, which caused impact to Microsoft Forms.

Next steps : Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to help prevent this problem from happening again.
