Issue Description : Some users may see delays viewing data within the Microsoft 365 group activity reports

Scope of impact : This issue may impact any users viewing data within Microsoft 365 group activity reports.

Final Update : 06/07/2022 08:40:00 AM – Microsoft’s review of service telemetry determined that the upstream data source responsible for timely viewing of data within the Microsoft 365 group activity reports was performing below the expected service threshold. They subsequently completed the improvements to the upstream data source completed and confirmed that the viewing delays were remediated.

Root cause : The upstream data source responsible for timely viewing of data within the Microsoft 365 group activity reports was performing below the expected service threshold.

Next steps : Microsoft are continuing their analysis of the service telemetry to better understand what caused the delays with the upstream data source which will help them in preventing similar issues in the future.
