Issue Description : Users may receive errors when performing actions that utilize Office 365 connectors.

Final Update : 21/06/2022 01:44:00 PM – After reviewing additional telemetry, Microsoft identified and corrected a network infrastructure misconfiguration. They confirmed via telemetry that users are no longer receiving errors when utilizing the Office 365 connectors.

Root cause : A misconfiguration on a portion of the networking infrastructure.

Next Steps : Microsoft are reviewing their code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar issues in the future.
