Issue Description : Users may have received a 502 error when running a flow or performing an action that utilized Office 365 connectors.

Final Update : 21/06/2022 04:33:00 PM – Microsoft determined that a routine update, intended to improve the core services functionality, unexpectedly caused impact to occur. They have restarted the affected infrastructure, allowing the service to perform as expected and confirmed after a period of monitoring, that impact has been remediated.
Root cause : A recent update intended to improve core service functionality, unexpectedly caused impact to the access panel.
Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
