Final Update : 09/06/2022 10:53:00 AM – Microsoft’s investigation determined that a recent deployment intended to upgrade how requests to RBAC service components are handled introduced a code regression, resulting in impact. They have reverted the deployment and confirmed with several affected users that impact is remediated.
