Bird Release Unsuccessful Deployment

Issue Status: Resolved

Description: Starting at 7 pm (BST) this evening, an attempt was made to deploy the Bird Portal Release. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the deployment failed and action was taken to roll back the release to the previous Portal Release known as Ziyan Blowfish.

Investigations to fully understand the cause of the issue are underway. During the deployment window, the end user impact identified would prevent Portal updates, or account creation actions, from completing successfully and hence the decision was made to revert the change until we have completed our investigations and can re-deploy the release.
