Issue Description: Local Admins may experience a delay in newly enrolled Android devices appearing in the Intune Admin console

Scope of Impact: This delay is only affecting newly enrolled Android devices in the Microsoft Intune Company Portal, with devices successfully enrolled after an extended period (approx. 24 – 36 hours).

Final Update: 07/09/2022 14:36:00 PM – Intune engineers successfully implemented the change to Production on 17/08/22, with post-implementation testing demonstrating a significant reduction in the time for newly enrolled Android Devices to appear in the console
