Issue Description : Admins are unable to configure external domain lists in the Microsoft Teams admin center

More info : Additionally, admins clicking ‘refresh’ on any page unexpectedly causes domain lists to no longer display in the admin center.

Scope of impact : This issue affects any admin clicking ‘refresh’ or attempting to configure external domain lists in the Microsoft Teams admin center is impacted.

Final Update : 23/05/2022 09:23:00 AM – Microsoft completed restoring the remaining affected domain lists and have confirmed via service telemetry and with some previously impacted admins that resolution is achieved.

Root Cause : A recent code fix intended to address unrelated issues in the Microsoft Teams admin center has broken connections between components that facilitate external domain configuration.

Next steps : Microsoft are assessing code fix validation procedures to ensure that future fixes won’t impact connections between components that facilitate external domain configurations.
