Issue Description : Admins may see a delay in two usage reports data from May 26, 2022, and onward.

More info : The affected usage reports are:
– Office 365 active users report
– Office 365 group activity report

Scope of impact : This issue may have affected any admins attempting to view Office 365 active users reports and Office 365 group activity reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Root cause : A configuration issue in a portion of our service that facilitates data processing caused the impact.

Final Update : 30/05/2022 09:12:00 AM – To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing the underlying cause of the configuration issue and how Microsoft can improve their validation procedures to catch such issues before changes are made.
